Who Are the Best Real Estate Agents in West Jordan, UT? How to Choose

The best real estate agent in West Jordan, UT is one who knows the city's neighborhoods, has a long record of closed sales here, and can show proof: licenses, designations, awards and real client reviews. Before you hire anyone, check those four things.

What to look for in a West Jordan agent

1. Local experience. West Jordan has established ramblers east of Bangerter Highway, newer planned communities to the west, and townhomes in between. Your agent should know the difference street by street.
2. A track record you can verify. Ask how long they've been licensed and how many families they've helped buy or sell.
3. Training beyond the basic license. Designations like CRS, GRI and ABR take extra coursework and closed sales to earn.
4. Reviews from real clients. Read the agent's Google reviews, not just the testimonials on their own website.

Questions to ask before you hire

• How many homes have you sold in West Jordan and the nearby cities?
• How will you price my home, or help me compete for one?
• Who will I actually work with day to day?
• How often will you update me, and how?
